When it comes to animating, there's a lot more to it than just making something move. There is a great deal of consideration and work that goes into making animation simple and seamless, yet complex and meaningful.

When thinking how to to animate the Woosah, particularly the look and general feel of the motion, I focused on two elements: the fluidness of ink and the authentic feel of nature. The wordmark looks as if it's being carved into a slab of wood with uneven edges and trees spring out of the trails left by the ink blot. Finally, the bounciness and wiggly nature speaks to not taking oneself too seriously, but maintaining an authenticity as real as nature is.
